LIFT Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7/22/26

LIFT ("we," "our," "the app") is a hypertrophy-focused workout tracking app. This policy explains what information LIFT collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

LIFT is built local-first: your training data lives on your device. We collect only what's needed to run the app and manage your subscription, nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.

Information We Collect

Training data. Your workouts, sets, reps, load, RIR, and session history are stored locally on your device using an on-device database. We do not currently collect or receive this data on our servers — there is no account required to use LIFT, and no login.

Apple Health data (optional, write-only). If you choose to connect Apple Health, LIFT writes your completed workout data (exercises, duration, and related workout metadata) to the Health app so it appears alongside your other health records. LIFT does not read heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep data, or any other Health data from your device. This connection is one-directional: LIFT → Health.

Subscription information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. We receive subscription status (active, expired, trial) to unlock app features, but we never receive or store your payment details — those are handled directly by Apple.

Analytics. LIFT does not use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking service. No third-party SDK collects usage data from the app.

How We Use Your Information

How We Share Your Information

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use your data for advertising.
